If you know what this lens does you're in the right place. I have personally tested this and it works better than any other combo to get folic anamorphic images. Please understand that this lens might be close to 50 years old and is vintage. Please feel free to ask questions.

This is a very rare, special lens that gives plenty of character when photographing people. The lens barrel is in great shape with no big marks or scratches. It covers perfectly and is the lens to use with an anamorphic adapter such as kowa bot included. It wouldn't hurt to have cleaned and serviced at some point but the lens has been used recently images are flawless.

The image is a bit warmer and more pleasing than modern glass. The focus and aperture is exceptionally smooth for a vintage lens of this age. Skin tones look great with this lens.

However, it matches the Cooke speed poncho lenses very well and uses same optical formula. I have done my best to describe it. 5mm lens f1. It has a shallow depth of field and is razor sharp at t2.

The images look organic and pleasing I would't change a thing. It covers those sensors quite well and actually looks a bit sharper more crisp than the speed ponchos all while retaining same Cooke look.

Where this lens really shines is on the panasonic gh5 and similar micro 4/3 sensors. 8 arri standard mount includes front and rear lens caps accepts 48mm screw in filters or step up rings.

It has been used successfully and covers AP's-c sensor SLR cameras black magic pocket cinema camera as well the Ursa mini 4k with a special adapter not included. If you are looking for a Zeus's master prime look then this lens might not be. The lens is in excellent working condition and ready to use.
