73 at the top of threads with a thread pitch 1mm. Steinheil munchen 36 cm 14 f 4 anastigmat Cassar lens - 8x10 11x14 lf ulf a beautiful made in germany condition. This lens weighs almost 5 pounds.

Aperture ring and blades move smoothly. Not many of these show up here due to the rarity this lens and demand for them in Europe. The flange size is all blades are present and in good condition with no oil on. It is across the front, back and stands tall.

Being very fast at f 4 it would make a nice lens for the wet plate process. Perfect as a portrait lens on an 8x10 and covers nicely 11x14. I did not do any image testing with film but mount this on my 11x14 century studio camera and the quality ground glass was stunning. Glass is clean with the usual amount of cleaning marks for a lens this age and typical tiny air bubbles in both front rear.
