Comes with rear cap only. Any questions feel free to ask. Aperture blades clean and snappy. Lens is in excellent condition accept for filter ring which has soft dent hard to see.

Filter still screw on but it take some coaxing to do so. Glass is clean with no fungus, haze or scratches. Focuses smoothly.
