It seems like there may be a haze on inner lens surfaces. There are a few specks visible inside the lens chamber please see photo 9. Aperture operation is smooth and blades open shut properly.

Lens shows normal wear for its age but appears to be fully intact and free of damage. This lens is guaranteed to perform as designed, but may need some maintenance or cleaning first. There are a couple of small blemishes in the metal around outside lens please see photos housing shows some wear-some scuffs and worn finish. There is some light oxidation in of the fine threads lens housing.

When sighting through lens, objects appear hazy. Lens has been visually inspected, but not tested.

Vintage Eastman Kodak aero ektar 178mm f:2. I'm not familiar with the characteristics of this lens so I can't say for sure. 5 EA1909 lens in good condition, but probably need of a cleaning. Lens surfaces are free of scratches or blemishes.

Specks appear to be dust or debris. Buyer should be prepared for this possibility.
