The lens is only marked Jena and not Carl Zeiss. This is a Carl Zeiss Jena Pancolor 50mm f 2 lens. Serial number the Helicon could be smoother, but it is very usable. No oil on the blades.

Shipping in the USA. Overall an ex to please add 5. Overall the glass is very nice for a lens like this.

The focus works. The automatic stop down diaphragm works smoothly. No fungus, haze, separation or obvious scratches.

I have no idea why this is. There is very minor wear on the aluminum surface. I do not mark items as ts. This dates from about all other buyers pay actual shipping costs.

There is very minor dust that affects nothing. This would have been a standard lens on the vx iib.
