Lens comes in its original case from manufacturer with front cap and replacement back c-mount this was purchased new only used for conducting imaging experiments many, many years ago industrial applications. It was kept in environmentally controlled chambers for all these years. Lens was rarely used and its body shows very little wear due of usage. Lens elements are in great condition, no scratches, fungus and haze.

Used but in excellent condition.
