This is a brass bodied lens painted in satin black. The aperture settings are infinitely adjusted via a block mounted between ring and mounting base. On the forward ring is engraved: 5in.

The metal aperture blades work smoothly and properly but do have some surface corrosion. On the barrel is ref. Most cameras are film based, though there a few digital items.

There are a few very slight hair-line surface scratches on the objective element, but only noticeable with strong light.
