Details:

Dust on the lens and inside barrel because I didn't clean it. Appears in excellent condition. Scuffing on barrel. See all photos for overall condition.

Telescopic lens 1:5. I didn't want to damage anything by trying clean it without having the proper cleaning equipment. Lens appears to be in excellent condition without scratches. I didn't attempt to clean the unit besides wiping barrel with a damp cloth v.

However, I have not tested it in real life action. Has not been used in many years. Everything seems to in excellent working order.
